Washington Monument Across the Tidal Basin

The Tidal Basin is located just south of the National Mall and is bordered by the Franklin D. Roosevelt Memorial Park and the Thomas Jefferson Monument.  The area is picturesque, especially in the Spring when the Cherry Blossoms are in bloom.
